They plunded the country until Colchian princess Medea and her brother Absyrtus decided to steal the fleece and hand it to the invaders to save their kingdom from war, and Abysrtus cut the Fleece down from its balcony. Oba pak uprchli s rounem a Medea zabila a rozčtvrtila svého bratra, aby donutila pronásledovatele svého otce zastavit a posbírat kusy, zatímco ona a Jason prchali do Greece with the Fleece.
