Goulchen Hercouet

Goulchen Hercouet (1765-1794) was a French sailor who served on French Navy sloop Vile de Paris in the Caribbean during the French Revolutionary Wars. In 1794, he fought at the Battle of Sainte-Luce, during he and all other hands on board the Vile de Paris were lost when the ship exploded under British fire.
