Berend Weisskopf

Berend Weisskopf (1778-1841) was a Hannoverian soldier in the British Army who commanded a regiment of the King's German Legion troops during the Peninsular War. Born in Wunstorf, Hannover, he served under Viscount Wellington in Spain, fighting at the Battle of Tarouca in 1811.
