Budd Ishmael Keifer

Budd Ishmael Keifer (1854-1898) was an American outlaw who was active in West Texas during the Wild West. In 1898, he and scores of other outlaws attacked MacFarlane's Ranch in Girvin, Texas, but they were shot down by the ranch's defenders, including the Arizona Kid.
