Edmon U. Haggard

Edmon U. Haggard (1854-1898) was an American man who lived in Rhodes, Allen Parish, Louisiana during the 1890s. In 1898, he and several other civil bystanders were killed in the crossfire between Deck Bier's outlaw gang and the law at the Rhodes Parlour House.
