Azariah McCourtney

Azariah McCourtney was a Black American Loyalist who served in Colonel Tye's Black Brigade during the American Revolutionary War. Born into slavery, he was recruited into the British Army and fought at the 1780 Battle of Red Hill. Po válce emigroval do Kanada a později do Sierra Leone.
