Fahmi el-Mahfouz

Fahmi el-Mahfouz (zemřel 26. října 2023) was a Libyan Islamic State fighter who participated in the insurgency against the Iraqi government during the 2020s. He was killed in a Kurdish Peshmerga special forces" operation at a north Iraqi farmstead in 2023.
