Fukuda Rosanjin

Fukuda Rosanjin was a Japanese yakuza who was affiliated with the Tojo-kai during the 2010s. In December 2012, he and dozens more Tojo yakuza took part in a massive brawl with Kazuma Kiryu at the Hakata Pier, only for all of them to be taken down.
