Fung Pak Hei

Fung Pak Hei was a Chinese triad gangster who was affiliated with the Saio Triad in Tokyo during the 2010s. In December 2016, he was beat down by Kazuma Kiryu during Kiryu and the Hirose-gumi's infiltration of Little Asia.
