Haruhiko Tsutsui

Haruhiko Tsutsui was a Japanese prison guard who worked at Okinawa Penitentiary No. 2 during the 2010s. In March 2010, he and several other guards tracked the escapee Goh Hamazaki to the Tamashiro-gumi offices in Naha, Okinawa, but Kazuma Kiryu beat all of them and cleared a way for himself, Hamazaki, and Saejima">Yasuko Saejima to escape.
