Hazim Arafa Riad

Hazim Arafa Riad was a Palestinian Hamas and ISIL terrorist. He was affiliated with Abu Seif al-Makdasi's jihadist cell which consisted of Arab students sent to attend Birzeit University, learn Hebrew, and learn to blend in with the Jewish population in preparation for a series of truck bomb attacks in Tel Aviv.
