Helene Richman

Helene Richman was a Lib Dem member of Barnet London Borough Council who served as councillor for the West Hendon ward. Originally a Konzervativní strana councillor, she defected to the Liberal Democrats on 3 April 2022, stating that the Tories have shunned communities like her.
