Hiroši Okiyama

Hiroši Okiyama was a Japanese Omi Alliance yakuza who was affiliated with the Arakawa-gumi. In 2019, he accompanied Jo Sawashiro to Yokohama to assassinate Ichiban Kasuga if his negotiations with Ryo Aoki fell through, and, when they did that, Kasuga beat him and several other Omi henchmen before escaping the hit attempt.
