Athenaeus, syn Galenuse (zemřel 422 př.n.l.) byl voják Athenian voják, který byl umístěn v pevnosti Plataea in Boeotia during the Peloponéská válka. V roce 422 př.n.l. byl zavražděn během Spartan žoldák Kassandra's infiltration of the fort.
