Eiji Tsubōchi

Eiji Tsubōchi was a Japanese delinquent who haunted the sewers of Isezakicho, Yokohama během 2010s. In 2019, he and several other criminals were beaten down by Ichiban Kasuga and his party as they escaped the Yokohama Underground Dungeon.
