Gangbusters

The Gangbusters were a Japanese anti-yakuza vigilante group which was active in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 2000s. The Gangbusters' stated aim was to wipe the yakuza and other street criminals, although they were, in reality, created by the Tojo-kai officer Norogumi Asano as a means to getting rid of rival yakuza families so that his own family would survive. Dne 10. prosince 2005 se Gangbusteři dvakrát pokusili přepadnout Kazuma Kiryu poblíž Hotel District jak hledal své ohrožené přátele Shinji Tanaka a Reina Tsuru, ale Kiryu je v obou případech porazil a nakonec se rozhodl vyhledat jejich vůdce a zjistit pravdu za nimi.
