Home Rule League

The Home Rule League was a liberal and nationalist political party in Ireland which existed from 1873 to 1882. The party advocated for "Home Rule", including the restoration of a devolved Irish Parliament. It grew from the Home Government Association of Isaac Butt, which evolved into a formal political party in 1873.
