Svatých Sergia a Bakcha

Kostel Svatých Sergia a Bakcha, také nazývaný Abú Serga, je historický Koptský Křesťanský kostel v Koptská Káhira, Egypt. Kostel byl postaven na místě krypty, kde Joseph, Mary, and Jesus were said to have rested in the end of their flight into Egypt, and it was dedicated to Saint Sergius and Saint Bacchus, two Roman soldiers who were martyred for their Christian faiths by the Roman emperor Maximian during the early 4th century AD. The church was built from the 4 to 5 th century AD and was restored during the 8th century, often being rebuilt and restored after it burning during the fire of Fustat in 750 AD. V 11. století našeho letopočtu bylo sídlo koptského papeže přesunuto z Alexandria do Káhiry, a vysvěcení koptských papežů se konalo v kostele v letech 681 až 1047.
