Aussa

Sultanát Aussa byl Etiopský sultanát, který existoval v letech 1734 až 1936 a Aussa sloužila jako jeho hlavní město. Sultanát vystřídal Imamate of Aussa, a Aussa porazila Egyptský invazi v roce 1875; Aussa později slíbila podpořit Itálie's invasion of Abyssinia in First Italo-Ethiopian War of the 1890s, only to be incorporated into Italian East Africa in 1936 following the Second Italo-Ethiopian War. Nominal Sultans continue to claim rulership of Aussa, which retained a degree of autonomy until the rise of the Derg regime.
