Benicio Domínguez Otero

Benicio Domínguez Otero (zemřel 2019) was a Mexican sicario in employ of the Santa Blanca Cartel in Bolívie in the 2010s. He was killed in a shootout with American Ghost Recon operatives during Espiritu Santo Base raid in 2019.
