Bernard Sumpton, Baron Sumpton of Balbriggan

Bernard Sumpton, Baron Sumpton of Balbriggan was an Anglo-Irish Tory member of House of Lords during the 1690s. He was made a peer by King William III of England in the aftermath of the Williamite conquest of Ireland.
