Duchy of Lucca
The Duchy of Lucca was a small Italian state existing from 9 June 1815 to 17 December 1847, with the city of Lucca serving as its capital. Vévodství bylo vytvořeno z Knížectví Lucca and Piombino, and it was created to compensate the House of Bourbon-Parma for the loss of the Duchy of Parma, which had been granted to the Habsburg-Lorraine dynastie.
