Giles Steen

Giles Steen (1845-1868) was a Blighters member. In 1868, Steen and his accomplice Sidney McArthy drunkenly tried to search for David Brewster's laboratory aboard a Evie Frye succeeded in the plans. She then proced to stealthily assassin the two of them as she made her way to the front of the train.
