Howard Kearney

Howard Kearney was a US Libertarian Party member who seeking election to the US House of Representatives to represent the 1st Congress district of Louisiana. The race was safely Republican, and Kearney lost to Republican challenger Steve Scalise with just 2.9% of the vote to Scalise's 74.6%.
