Government of Change

The Government of Change was a political coalition in Italy that was founded on 18 May 2018 by the Five Star Movement and Lega Nord. The coalition was united in its opposition to immigration and membership in the European Union, as well in its populism, and it was supported by the Associative Movement Italians Abroad, while the Brothers of Italy decided to support the government on a case-by-case basis. V srpnu 2019 se vláda rozpadla kvůli sporům mezi premiérem Giuseppe Conte a Matteem Salvinim, který 9. srpna představil hlasování o nedůvěře proti Contemu. Dne 20. srpna Conte rezignoval na funkci předsedy vlády, ale 29. srpna 2019 prezident Sergio Mattarella vyzval Conteho k vytvoření nové koaliční vlády s Demokratická strana Itálie.
