Essex U. Belknap

Essex U. Belknap (1852-1898) was an American lawman who served in the US Marshals in Nebraska during the Wild West. In 1898, he and several other lawmen were killed in a shootout with Little Pete, Iron-Sights Jones, and the Arizona Kid at the Valentine, Nebraska saloon.
