Hakem El-Moustaoui

Hakem El-Moustaoui (1997-17. července 2021) was a Moroccan Islámský stát fighter who fought in the Syrská občanská válka. He killed himself in a suicide bombing targeting the Syrské demokratické síly participating in Operation Parastina Bajaran on 17. July 2021.
