Belu bet Ra'shi

Belu bet Ra'shi was an Assyrian soldier who served in Hanigalbat ruler Ninurta-apal-Ekur's army amid the decline of the Middle Assyrian Empire. He first fought at the Battle of Safa in 1203 BC.
