Hengest the Coleman (835-) was a Northumbrian Anglo-Saxon thegn who served in King Guthred's fyrd během konce 9. století našeho letopočtu. V roce 878 našeho letopočtu bojoval po boku Guthreda u Battle of Theawleas.
