Hrothmaer the Woodward
Hrothmaer the Woodward (1021-1066) was an Anglo-Saxon soldier who served in the Kentish fyrd under Ealdorman Eoforwine during the Norman conquest of England. In 1066, he was slain battle with the Normans at the Second Battle of Middeherst in Sussex.
