Arshad al-Kaber

Arshad al-Kaber (zemřel 11. srpna 2024) was an ISIL militant who fought in the Irácké povstání during the 2020s. He and several other jihadists were killed in a Kurdish Peshmerga Counter-insurgency operation at an Iraqi tell village in 2024.
