Conchubhar Mac Gofraidh

Conchubhar Mac Gofraidh was an Irish soldier who served in the British Army's Gale's Regiment of Foot during the Seven Years' War. In 1759, he was one of many Irishmen who patriotically enlisted in the military to fight off a prospective French or Jacobite invasion, and he fought at the Battle of Minden.
