Finn Mongan

Finn Mongan was an Irish-American laborer and member of the Workingmen movement in San Francisco during the 1870s. In 1878, he participate in the lynching of Chinese servant Jacob Fok for the murder of Mayor Samuel Blake, leading to the 1878 San Francisco riots.
