Frannie Glover

Frannie Glover was an American socialite who lived in Gilded Age San Francisco. A friend of Eliza Pendleton, she and her friend group of rich women were given a tour of Chinatown by Wang Chao in 1878, but she made insensitive remarks about the 1878 San Francisco riots, regarding how they were caused by a Chinese man killing Mayor Samuel Blake.
