Gavin Colrain
Gavin Colrain (1800-1853) was an American planter from Georgia.
Biography
Gavin Colrain se narodil v Sandersville, Georgia in 1800, the son of Irish parents who had fled Ireland in the aftermath of the failed Irish Rebellion of 1798. Colrain worked as a farmer to pay for his legal education, and while practicing law, he founded the "Wolfe's Hall" plantation near Deepstep, named his estate in honor of Wolfe Tone.
