Frank J. Herndon

Frank J. Herndon (1918-) was an American restauranteur and White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan Exalted Grand Cyclops who in June 1964, participated in the kidnapping and killing of three civil rights activists during Mississippi's "Freedom Summer."
