Bill DiGeronimo

Bill DiGeronimo (1944-1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer in New Orleans during the 1960s. In 1968, he was killed when Lincoln Clay assaulted a Barclay Mills truck repair shop to interrogate the extortionist Gigi Jackson.
