Heinrich Hegewald

Heinrich Hegewald (1921-1944) was a German Wehrmacht soldier who was stationed in occupied France during World War II. He was killed in a shootout with Irish French Resistance fighter Sean Devlin near the Champs-Elysees in Paris in 1944.
