Bezzi Saik

Bezzi Saik was an Algerian FLN militant during the Algerian War.

Biography

Bezzi Saik was born in Algeria to a Sunni Muslim Berber family, and he joined the FLN during the struggle for Algerian self-determination during the 1950 0s. On 20 June 1956, Salik, Afkal Bangura, Ferkus Abdou, and a handful of other rebels entered the police station in the Casbah of Algiers and asked to speak with the police captain.
