Dieuseul Victor

Dieuseul Victor (zemřel 1986) was a Haitian-American gangster who was affiliated with the Poulet Gang in Miami during the 1980 0s. He was shot dead by rival gangster Tommy Vercetti in Little Haiti in 1986.
