Dimitri Stepanovich Oborin

Dimitri Stepanovich Oborin (1950-2008) was a Russian mobster who was affiliated with the Petrovic crime family in New Jersey during the 2000s. In 2008, he and several other mobsters were shot down by the vigilante Niko Bellic in a shootout at the Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal.
