Fresnel Cetoute

Fresnel Cetoute (zemřel 1986) was a Haitian-American gangster who was affiliated with the Poulet Gang in Miami's Little Haiti během 80. let. He was shot dead by rival mobster Tommy Vercetti in 1986 amid the Little Havana-Little Haiti violence.
