Haruka Mitsugi

Haruka Mitsugi (1969-) was a Japanese woman who lived in Dotonbori, Osaka during the 1980. She was fascinated by the "human statue" Tokokichi during his performance on the Iwao Bridge on 15 December 1988, and also cheered on Kazuma Kiryu's fight with Eiichi Tsuji before remember that she had to meet someone.
