Heo Sang-Chol

Heo Sang-Chol (1964-23. prosince 2006) was a Korean-Japanese criminal who was affiliated with the Jingweon Mafia in Tokyo during the 2000s. On 23. prosince 2006, he accompanied Yukio Terada to the top of the Millennium Tower to confront Kazuma Kiryu, but Kiryu beat down Terada and his Jingweon thugs. Terada and his thugs were later betrayed and executed by the Takashima-gumi.
