Hwan Young-chul

Hwan Young-chul (1982-2008) was a Korean-American criminal affiliated with the Korean Mob of New York City during the 2000s. In 2008, he was killed by Luis Fernando Lopez while escorting a speedboat-borne drug shipment up the East River.
