Cleo D. Starkweather

Cleo D. Starkweather (1851-1898) was an American outlaw who was active in Colorado during the Wild West era. In 1898, he joined a horde of outlaws in attack the resort town of Strawberry in western Colorado, only for the Arizona Kid, Iron-Sights Jones, and the armed townsfolk to kill them and repel their attacks.
