George Kubczek

George Kubczek (1827-) was an American volunteer firefighter affiliated with Tammany Hall's Engine Company No. 6 during the 1860s. In September 1862, he took part in a brawl with Peter Masterson's "Black Joke" Engine No. 33 company at the site of a fire in the Five Points, and No. 33 won the brawl after William Cutting's Natives arrived to help the Tammany firefighters.
