Dzungar Khanate
The Dzungar Khanate was an empire of Oirats that existed between the Great Wall of China and Kazakhstan in Central Asia. Khanate byl založen v roce 1634 po Dzungars unified, and and their leader Galdan campaign to create an Oirat state in Xinjiang and Mongolia. V roce 1696 byl poražen u Battle of Jao Modo by the Qing dynasty of the Kangxi Emperor, a v letech 1750-1757 Qing využil Dzungarské občanské války k dobytí khanátu. Velká část populace Dzungarů byla zabita a v roce 1759 Tarim Basin's conquest ended the khanate.
