Fernando V. Feather

Fernando V. Feather was an American milicionář, který sloužil v 1st District of Columbia Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War. V červenci 1864 se spolu s několika dalšími Washington DC muži chopili zbraní, aby bránili hlavní město v Battle of Fort Stevens.
